摘要
教师的专业认同是教师个人在教育教学专业实践过程中逐步形成的对自己身为教师的理解与看法,具有自觉性、建构性和动态性的特征。教师的专业认同对于教师专业成长有着重要的意义,是促进其自身发展的内源性动力,也是深化课程改革,推进教师教育的关键所在。激发教师的专业认同意识、培养教师的专业认同情感、践行教师的专业认同行为是形成与发展教师专业认同的主要策略。
Teachers' professional identity is a personal sense, understanding and idea of how they consider themselves, which is formed in the process of teaching gradually and has the characteristics of consciousness, constructiveness and dynamic, Teachers' professional identity is of great significance for teachers' professional development, which is not only the inner motive force of teachers' selfdevelopment, but the key for the deepening of curriculum reform and the development of teacher education. Three strategies, including stimulating teachers' awareness of professional identity, cultivating teachers' emotion and promoting teachers' behaviors, are helpful for teachers to shape professional identity.
