桂附地黄丸快检方法研究

Study on screening test of Guifudihuang pills

目的:制定桂附地黄丸快检方法。方法:采用乙醇研磨制备供试品溶液,经薄层展开后,分别对丹皮酚、熊果酸、马钱苷进行定性鉴别。结果:丹皮酚、熊果酸和马钱苷均可用TCL迅速检出。结论:所建立的方法快速、简便,可准确对丹皮酚、熊果酸、马钱苷进行定性鉴别,可作为该制剂的快速筛检方法。

Objective：To establish the methods for screening the Guifudihuang pills. Method：Triturate well the samples with ethanol and filter, the filtrate as test solution. After developing, identify paeonol, ursolic acid and loga- nin . Results：paeonol, ursolic acid and loganin can be identified quickly by TLC. Conclusion：The methods are simple, fast, accurate and can be used for the screening test of Guifudihuang pills.
