摘要
通过对公路平面交叉口道路交通条件及交通冲突数据的分析研究,引入影响系数概念,建立了公路平面交叉口道路交通条件与交通冲突的关系模型,提出了基于交通冲突的公路平面交叉口交通安全评价的综合影响系数方法。根据交叉口的交通流量、相交道路流量比、交通组成及左转车比例等因素,确定对交通冲突率的综合影响系数,进而得出交叉口的安全水平。
By means of analysis and research on road traffic conditions and traffic conflict data of highway intersections, "influence coefficient" concept is introduced, the relation model between the road at traffic conditions of highway intersections and traffic conflict data is established in this paper. Synthetic in- fluence coefficient, a evaluation means of highway intersection safety is presented based on traffic conflict. According to traffic volume, the ratio of intersect road traffic volume, traffic composing and the ratio of left-turn vehicles', a synthetic influence coefficient on traffic conflict rate can be estimated, and the degree of traffic safety can be determined in the end.
