摘要
基于虚拟样机技术,对Pro/E与ADAMS联合建模及仿真的方法进行了研究。重点分析了散货装船机的臂架结构在俯仰过程中的动态响应,解决了俯仰运动时驱动和载荷难以设置和测量的问题,确定了合理的运动速度和运动范围,为散货装船机的设计和分析提供了一种新方法。提高了产品的设计质量和可靠性,具有一定的实用价值和经济效益。
Based on the virtual prototype technology a study has been carried out on the method of modelling and simulation by combining Pro/E with ADAMS. The dynamic response of arm frame structure of the bulk handling ship-loader in the course of pitching was emphatically analyzed. Problems have been solved for the difficulties of setting and measuring of the driving and loading during the pitching movements. Reasonable motion speed and range of movement were determined, thus provided a kind of new method for the design and analysis of the bulk handling ship-loader. The designing quality and reliability of products were enhanced, and the new method possesses crtain value of application and economic benefits.
