摘要
在新建立的热模型基础上研究了超精密磨削过程中磨削热对工件的影响,并得到静态下的热源分布。利用多个热源模型模拟不同的超精密磨削条件,分析了热源参数对温度分布的影响,这一新型的热源模型及分析结果很重要,保证了超精密磨削工件的表面质量。
On the basis of the newly established thermal model the influence of grinding heat in the process of super-precision grinding on the workpieee has been studied and the distributions of heat source under static state were obtained. Utilizing multiple heat source models to simulate different conditions of ultra-precision grindings and the influence of heat source parameters on the temperature distributions was analyzed. This new typed heat source model and the result of analysis were very important which ensured the surface quality of the ultra-precision grinded workpiece.
