摘要
主要研究了隔膜泵曲柄滑块机构连杆两头连接同时松动的非线性特性。文中将连接松动按照磨损故障来考虑,采用接触-分离两状态接触力模型,建立了相应的动力学模型。在此基础上进行数值仿真,研究了不同参数下的动态响应。初步认为,连杆连接松动情况下系统的动态响应受到液体压力影响较大,与曲柄转速也有一定关系,但与磨损量的关系不是很密切。同时为往复机械的磨损动力学分析提供了有参考价值的结论。
The non-linear characteristics for the simultaneous loosening of the joints at both ends of connecting rod of the crank slider mechanism of membrane pump have been mainly studied. The joint loosening has been considered as wear and tear failure in this paper. The corresponding dynamics model was established by adopting the contacting-force model in two states of contact and separation. Hereon this basis the numerical simulation was carried out and the dynamic response under different parameters was studied. It has been considered preliminarily that the dynamic response of the system under the loose joint condition of connecting rod got a rather big influence of the liquid pressure and had a certain relation with the rotary speed of crank, but had no close relations with the amount of wear and tear. At the same time it provided conclusions with referential values for the wear and tear dynamics analysis of reciprocating machineries.
