摘要
建立了轮齿温度场的有限元模型。计算了温度场边界条件(摩擦热流量、端面对流传热系数和齿面对流传热系数),具体分析了上述边界条件的非线性特性。通过计算分析得到齿轮在各种不同运行条件下的温度场分布。分析结果显示:齿轮转速、输出端转矩和环境温度是齿轮温度场的主要影响参数。
The finite element model of the gear temperature field was established. The boundary conditions of temperature field (frictional heat-low-rate, convection heat transfer coefficient of end face and convection heat transfer coefficient of tooth surfaces) were calculated and the nonlinear characteristics of the above stated boundary conditions were analyzed concretely. The distribution of temperature field under all kinds of different operational conditions of gears was obtained by calculational analysis. The result of analysis showed that the rotation speed of gear, torque of the out putting end and environmental temperature were the principal affection parameters of gear temperature field.
