本文从不确定性科学的角度研究市场经济条件下商品的需求量预测问题，提出了一种新的随机预测方法，并用一个算例证实了该预测方法的有效性．

This paper discusses forecasting problems in market economy based on uncertainties science. A new forecasting method by means of stochastic process theory is proposed. An example is used to verify that the forecasting method is effective.
