摘要
真空蒸馏是高纯碲制备过程中重要的中间提纯方法,其提纯效果的优劣直接影响到产品Te的纯度.本文分析了真空蒸馏过程中Te和杂质的蒸汽压及蒸发速度差异而使两者分离的理论基础,并与实验结果相比较,存在提纯效果偏低状况.因此探讨碲真空蒸馏过程技术条件参数及杂质行为、状态对碲与杂质分离效果影响。
Vacuum distillation is an important intermediate method for obtaining highpurity tellurium, and purification process affects directly the purity of tellurium products. This paper analyzed the theory fundament that impurities with different vapor pressure and evaporating velocity can be extracted from tellurium, which was compared with experiment results. Effects of purification parameters, behavior and states of impurities in tellurium on purification efficiency of tellurium were discussed.
