摘要
受产业结构调整、城市化进程推进及消费需求升级等环境因素的影响,我国的城市社区商业正处于转型过程中。针对社区商业普遍存在的规划不足、重视程度不够、管理缺失、业态配置不合理及发展不均衡等问题,在加强社区商业的建设和管理上,应坚持"转变观念、明确主体、规划为先、快速推进"的方针。
Influenced by the adjustment of industrial structure, the boost of urbanization, the upgrade of consumption de- mand, etc., China's urban community commerce is now in the process of transition. Problems widely exist in community commerce such as underestimated programming, inadequate recognition, imperfect management, unreasonable format distribution, unbalanced development, etc. Accordingly, it is convinced to uphold the principle of "transformed idea, definite mission, good plan and quick promotion" to strengthen the construction and management of community commerce.
