试论中小零售企业共同物流三维模型的构建

Preliminary Research on 3-D Model Construction of Common Logistics in Small and Medium-sized Retail Enterprises

我国中小零售企业进入一个新的发展阶段,迫切需要构建高效合理、运作有序的共同物流体系。中小零售企业共同物流系统应以绩效维度、企业战略维度和时间维度构建共同物流的三维动态模型,形成中小零售企业共同物流的主体模式,并以此提出中小零售企业共同物流运营管理策略。

China＇s small and medium-sized retail enterprises are now entering a new stage of development. It is an urgent need to build an efficient, reasonable and orderly operated common logistics system. This article suggests that the common logistics system in small and medium-sized retail enterprises should be a 3-D dynamic model, which includes the 3 dimensions of performance, corporate strategy anrt time, to construct the main model of common logistics in small and medium-sized retail en- terprises. Accordingly, the strategy is finally proposed for the operation and management of common logistics in small and medium-sized retail enterprises.
