摘要
本文通过分析制造资源计划（MRP－Ⅱ）的形成和发展过程、目标、基本结构，探讨（MRP－Ⅱ）的管理思想并介绍其发展方向。
By analyzing the form and development process of MRP-Ⅱ,its objective and basic structure, this paper probed into the management thought of MRP-Ⅱ, and introduced its development direction.
