摘要
对我国建筑抗震设防、建筑工程质量风险管理以及推行工程质量保险的状况进行初步的分析和探讨。从抗震减灾设防、健全法律制度、工程风险管理特点、各方利益关系等方面阐述提高抗震设防标准,强制实施工程保险制度的必要性和迫切性。
