摘要
采用现代环保干法工艺以取代度为指标,通过二次通用旋转组合试验设计,对玉米淀粉进行羧甲基醚化改性处理研究,得出回归模型。结果表明,羧甲基化改性的最佳工艺条件为醚化温度为74.44℃,NaOH/淀粉的物质的量比值为1.85,醚化时间2.33 h,乙醇浓度为84.65%,羧甲基化改性淀粉取代度为0.49,反应效率为81.7%。并利用布拉班德黏度仪、生物显微镜以及红外光谱仪对改性淀粉进行表征。为实现大规模工业化生产提供理论依据和实际参考。
Carboxymethyl starch was prepared from corn starch under pollution - free dry condition. The regression equation of substitution degree with factors was established by using quadratic general rotary experiment design. The confinned optimum technology conditions are as follows: reaction temperature 74.44℃, NaOH/starch molar ratio 1.85, reaction time 2.33 h, alcohol content 84.65%. The substitution degree of the carboxymethyl starch is up to 0.49, and the react efficiency up to 81.7%. Carboxymethyl starch was characterizated by Brabender viscometer, biomicroscopy and infrared spectrometer. It applies for theory basis and practical reference for large scale industrialized production.
