摘要
21世纪的竞争归根结底是人才的竞争。上海华山医院制定了"立足分层次培养,争取国内外引进,营造创新性团队"的人才主战略。介绍了他们的主要做法与经验,通过营造尊重知识、尊重人才的良好氛围,确立一流目标,分层培养创新性人才,创新机制,争取国内外引进,打造国际化人才队伍,并分析了目前存在的问题与设想。
The competition in 21st century is talent competition. Human resources strategy in Huashan Hospital was multi-level training, trying to introduce and building innovating team. The practice and experience, for instance, building hospital culture which respect knowledge and respect talent, designing goals, multi-level training, innovating mechanism, trying to introduce and building internationalization team were discussed. The issues and blueprint will also be analyzed.
