摘要
目的:分析某医学院附属医院近15年人才培养情况和效果,探讨医院人才培养的策略。方法:整理15年人才培养的基本情况,运用配对t检验和Wilcoxon秩和检验等统计方法分析培养前后人才医、教、研、管理能力的变化状况。结果:通过培养,人才的医、教、研、管理能力有显著性的提升。结论:只有建立创新性的人才培养制度,才能提升医院的综合竞争力,更好地服务于患者。
Objectives: Based on the status and effectiveness of talent training in one tertiary and teaching hospital for 15 years, hospital talent training strategy will be explored. Methods: 15 years of talent training data were collected. T paired test and Wilcoxon test have been used to evaluate the changes of the medical, educational, research and administrative capabilities of talents pre-and-post training. Results: The medical, educational, research and administrative capabilities of talents have been remarkahly improved after training. Conclusions: comprehensive competition will he improved and better medical service will be provide with the innovations of talent training.
