摘要
预交金模式是医院门诊的一种新型的便民消费形式,本文通过计算机门诊预存数据的分析统计及病人问卷调查,对医院预存模式的实际使用效果进行了客观的评价分析和总结。结论认为医院门诊预存消费模式值得推广和提倡。但一些细节问题需要进一步改进。
Deposit amount is a new kind of handy service in outpatient. Based on the data analysis from outpatient information system and questionnaire from patient, the effectiveness of hospital deposit consumption model was evaluated. Outpatient deposit consumption model is worth to extension but it also needs to be improved in details.
