摘要
为适应新形势下医院人力资源的管理,突出"人品"在医院这个特殊行业的重要性,选好人、用好人,充分发挥每个员工在组织中的正面作用,达到人力资源管理的最大效应,笔者提出医院人力资源管理的一种新模式——"品绩管理"。初步探讨了"品绩管理"的优势、思路、方法以及管理中需注意的问题。
To cope with hospital human resources management under new environment, highlight on the importance of human resources in hospital, improve medical staff working enthusiasm and achieve the best effectiveness of human resources, a new human resources management model named quality and performance management was discussed. The advantages, thinking, methods and issues of quality and performance management were analyzed.
