干扰素-γ对假孕大鼠黄体功能的影响(Ⅱ)

Effectes of IFN γ on Corpus Luteum in False Pregent Rat(Ⅱ)

以假孕大鼠为实验对象，在体注射ＩＦＮ－γ研究ＩＦＮ－γ对血浆孕酮水平的影响；黄体器官离体培养研究ＩＦＮ－γ、ＰＧＦ２α对黄体孕酮水平的作用．结果表明：注射ＩＦＮ－γ后，能提高血浆孕酮水平，由８３．８７ｎｇ／ｍＬ升至１１７．０９ｎｇ／ｍＬ，增长３９．６％（Ｐ＜０．０５）；离体培养条件下加入ＩＦＮ－γ（１２０Ｕ／ｍＬ）后也能提高培养液中的孕酮水平（Ｐ＜０．０１），加入ＰＧＦ２α（１００ｎｇ／ｍＬ）则能显著降低培液中的孕酮水平，而同时加入ＩＦＮ－γ（１２０Ｕ／ｍＬ）和ＰＧＦ２α（１００ｎｇ／ｍＬ）时，培养液中孕酮水平明显高于只加ＰＧＦ２α组．可见ＩＦＮ－γ有提高黄体孕酮分泌水平的作用，而且这种作用与抑制ＰＧＦ２α的溶黄体作用有密切关系．

False pregnent rats injected with IFN γ (10U/g) in D 4、D 5 and D 6 consecutively,changs of plmsa progesterone content were determined with RIA.Results show that IFN γ can increase plmsa progesterone content markly by 39.6% over the control;Using organ culture model,we have studied the relationship of exogeous IFN γ、PGF2α and progesterone production in rat corpus luteum.IFN γ has luteotrophic while PGF2α has luteolytic.Addition of exogeous IFN γ and PGF2α concurrehtly to the culture results in increasing of progesterone secretion than addition of exogeous PGF2α only.
