摘要
本文基于在弱酸性介质中,Fe(Ⅲ)能灵敏地催化浪酸钾氧化还原型罗丹明B这一显色反应,建立了一个测定痕量铁的新方法。本方法灵敏度为3.8×10-10g·mL-1,线性范围为0~0.6μg/25mL,回收率为95.6%~102.8%,已用于若干种蔬菜中痕量铁的测定,结果满意。
The article is hased on thc fact that Fe(Ⅲ) can sensitively catalyze the colour reaction of KBrO3, oxidizing reductinic Rhodaminc B in weak acid. We found a new method to measure trace iron. The sensitivity of this method is 3.8 ×10-10g. ml-1. Linear range is 0~0. 6μg/25 mL. It has been applled to measuring trace iron in vegetables. The result is satisfactory with the recovery of 90. 6%~102. 8%. RSD is ±1. 5%.
