摘要
本文基于在弱酸性介质中，Fe（Ⅲ）能灵敏地催化浪酸钾氧化还原型罗丹明B这一显色反应，建立了一个测定痕量铁的新方法。本方法灵敏度为3．8×10-10g·mL-1，线性范围为0～0．6μg／25mL，回收率为95．6％～102．8％，已用于若干种蔬菜中痕量铁的测定，结果满意。
The article is hased on thc fact that Fe(Ⅲ) can sensitively catalyze the colour reaction of KBrO3, oxidizing reductinic Rhodaminc B in weak acid. We found a new method to measure trace iron. The sensitivity of this method is 3.8 ×10-10g. ml-1. Linear range is 0~0. 6μg/25 mL. It has been applled to measuring trace iron in vegetables. The result is satisfactory with the recovery of 90. 6%~102. 8%. RSD is ±1. 5%.
