摘要
本文在指出了传统方法数据库系统缺陷的基础上，分析了面向对象数据库管理系统所特有的对象特征和数据库技术，展示了面向对象数据库技术的优势和能力。
In this paper the author points out some shortcomings in traditional database systems,shows object characteristics and techniques of Object-Oriented database, superiority and ability of database techniques of Object-Oriented.
