摘要
本论文研究的内容是,在保持绢云母良好性能前提下,利用硬脂酸盐类长链缓蚀剂改性绢云母。采用热重分析(TGA)确定缓蚀剂是否包覆于绢云母表面,扫描电镜(SEM)观察了绢云母粉包覆前后的表观形貌变化;利用EIS交流阻抗谱图研究包覆后绢云母的防腐蚀性能。结果表明,包覆后绢云母粉的加入使涂层阻抗值明显增大,有效的降低了水在涂层中的扩散,提高了涂层的防腐蚀性能。
In this article, the stearates were used as long-chain inhibitors to coat onto the surface of the mica without damaging its properties. TGA is used to ascertain whether the mica powder is coated by the inhibitor, the morphologies of the coated and uncoated mica powders are characterized by SEM, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS)is used to characterize the anti-corrosion performance of the coatings with the coated mica powders. The results show that the impedance of the coating with coated mica is increased obviously; and the improvement of anti-corrosion performance is attributed to the decreases of the diffusion degree of the water.
