摘要
利用环氧树脂胶粘剂粘结软质聚氯乙烯作为金属板材的内衬,通过电化学阻抗测试分析了聚氯乙烯内衬耐酸耐碱性能。结果表明:聚氯乙烯作为金属板材的内衬,对酸和碱具有很强的耐腐蚀作用。此外,与涂层的防护相比,其防护周期更长。
Soft PVC cemented with epoxy adhesives was used as the inside lining of the metal plate and its anti-corrosion performance was analyzed through the electrochemistry impedance test in this article. The result indicated that with the inside lining PVC, the anticorrosion performance of the metal in the Sodium hydroxide and Sulfuric acid was well. In addition, compared with other coatings, PVC also has a long protected period.
