RFCC膨胀节腐蚀浅析

摘要 本文从重油催化裂化再生系统膨胀节腐蚀介质组分、露点、选材、结构设计等方面对膨胀节腐蚀成因进行了分析,阐明了膨胀节材料发生电化学腐蚀及应力腐蚀的原因,提出了从优选材、取消隔热填充物、设置外保温结构等一系列解决措施。 This paper analyzed the reasons of corrosion of the RFCC in refinery factory from the aspects of corrosive medium composition, dew point, materials selection, structure design, and so on. The reasons of electrochemical corrosion and SCC were clarified, and a series of measurements were proposed.
