摘要
塑料制件熔接痕是注塑成型的主要缺陷之一,其影响产品的外观和机械强度。模具浇口设计和工艺参数的设置可以降低或消除熔接痕的影响。浇口位置(同向、相对、一般)对熔接痕的外观和机械强度的影响是不一样的。通过对板形(九点浇口)制件的数值模拟来详述熔接痕的形成过程,并进行工艺参数优化来减少熔接痕的数目。通过实验很好地证明了数值模拟的结果。
Weld line of plastic injection molding part was one of the major flaws, and it effected the appearance of products and mechanical strength. Die gates design and process parameters settings could reduce or eliminate the impact of weld line. Gate locations (at the same direction,relative direction, general direction) effeeted the appearance of products and mechanical strength on weld line,and their impacts were not same. To elaborate by the numerical simulation of the formation of the weld lines in the parts at 9 gates, and to optimize the process parameters to reduce the number of weld lines. The results of numerical simulation were proved well by experiments.
