摘要
分析了一套具有复杂抽芯动作的箱体模具的运动特点,详细阐述了在需要抽芯机构与开合模同步动作、在一个开模过程中抽芯机构的进退联动时,如何充分利用普通注塑机上现有的电控器件和液压元件,进行普通注塑机的电控系统和液压系统改造。
The movement characteristics of a box mould with complicated core-pulling mechanism were analyzed. The modification process of hydraulic system and control system of ordinary injection molding machine were described in detail. When the synchronization movement of core-pulling mechanism and mould open or close was required, and when the movement correlation between the in-core and out-core of core-pulling mechanism was needed, the aim could be fullfilled by the modification of hydraulic system and control system and well utilizing of existing components of machine.
