The Effect of Cr、Al、Cu on Corrosion Resistance of Gray Iron

采用单因素试验方法研究了Ｃｒ、Ａｌ、Ｃｕ三元素对灰口铸铁组织及耐蚀性的影响，结果表明，分别加入少量的Ｃｒ、Ａｌ、Ｃｕ，对铸态组织有不同的影响，三元素均提高铸铁的耐蚀性，其中Ａｌ的作用最为显著．

Through the single factor test on gray iron added with Cr、Al、Cu respectively,the effect of the three elements on the cast structure and corrosion resistance has been analyzed.The experiment results show that all the three elements enhance the cast iron's corrosion resistance,especially for Al.
