摘要
从湖北石油现有物流配送体系在重大灾害面前暴露出的问题入手,阐释了构建成品油应急物流体系的必然性和重要作用,探析了应急物流的涵义及特征,并从管理办法、指挥系统、保障队伍建没、通讯体系、监测及危害评价机制、与政府部门的协调机制等方面对构建湖北石油应急物流配送体系进行了探讨。
Based on the various problems of Hubei product oil logistics distribution system facing disasters,by analyzing the connotation and features of emergency logistics system,the necessity and important role of constructing product oil emergency logistics system in Hubei oil company is interpreted,and the advices for the construction are presented.
