目的总结分析经后路显微内镜行腰椎间盘摘除术手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理要点,探讨经后路显微内镜行腰椎间盘摘除术临床护理经验。方法回顾总结2004年5月至2008年5月应用MED微创技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症569例患者的临床护理体会。结果本组569例患者,据其发病情况、临床表现、心理变化等制定系统、科学的护理措施,在术前、术后出院等不同阶段采取相应的临床护理方案,取得了较好的临床效果。结论系统、全面科学的专科护理可以减轻腰椎间盘突出症患者的心理负担,缩短住院天数,提高临床康复效果。
