摘要
为准确客观地计量加油站因温差产生的成品油损溢,提出了主要由防爆数字温度传感器和智能处理器构成的油罐温度跟踪检测系统进行油罐温度自动采集处理,并使其与加油站业务电脑系统通讯,利用加油站现有部分设备和网络,整合加油业务系统数据的方法,其技术核心为用单片机进行数字温度采集和处理,所用温度传感器温度采集准确、重复性好,能长期稳定运行,可靠性高,经多次检测表明在-10～65℃内准确度在±0.1℃,技术成熟。该方法在某加油站罐区安装并将近两年的使用证明,有效降低了油品的不可预见损耗,投资少,可保障安全。
The structure and working principle of oil depot tank temperature tracking measurement system,as well as the quantitative analysis method of oil loss caused by temperature difference were introduced.The temperature collecting procedure was presented,and the application results of the said system were reviewed.
