R6 失效评定曲线对高应变区裂纹的适用性研究

Research on Suitability of Failure Assessment Curve of R6 Revision 3 for Crack Locating in High Strain Zone

根据ＥＰＲＩ手册和弹塑性有限元解，分别建立了Ａ５３３Ｂ和１６ＭｎＲ材料的ＥＰＲＩ接管二维平板模型和中心椭圆孔单边裂纹板的Ｒ６选择３失效评定曲线，并通过与选择２曲线的比较。

Based on the EPRI J-estimation handbook and elastic-plastic finite element solution,failure assessment curves (FAC) of EPRI nozzle 2-dimensional model and crack emanated from a center elliptical hole for materials of A533B and 16MnR have been derived respectively .By comparison of the derived curves with option 2 curve of R6-Revision 3,the suitability of option 2 FAC of R6 for crack locating in high strain zone has been discussed.
