摘要 本文研究了在氨气气氛中还原二氧化钛制备钛黑粉末的方法,还原反应在管式马弗炉中进行,制得了粒度小,黑度与碳黑相当的微细钛黑,其结构式符合通式IiOxNy(1.1<x+y<1.4),X-ray衍射分析的结果证实了是T inQ2n-1(n=1,2)和NiN的复合体。井对钛黑的导电性、热稳定性、分散性、着色力等性能进行了考察,认为钛黑可作为导电材料、抗静电材料、颜料等使用。 The process of preparation of titanium black by heating TiO2 or H2 TiO2 in ammonia gas is described in detail. It is determined that the formation of the titanium black obtained in ammonia gas can be expressed as TiOxNy (1.1<x+y<1.4).The x-ray diffraction shows that the titanium black is the complex of TinQ2n-1 (n=1,2) and TiN.The properties of titanium black are described. It is proved that the titanium black has low electric-resistivity, high tinting strength and good dispersibility, heatresistance.
