脐血中铅、锌水平与新生儿发育的关系

摘要 为研究脐血中铅、锌水平对新生儿发育是否有不良影响,以131例新生儿为调查对象,用新生儿20项行为神经评分检测新生儿神经行为发育,以石墨炉原子吸收光谱法和火焰原子吸收分光光度法分别测定脐血中铅、锌的含量。结果表明,脐血铅与新生儿神经行为总得分及主动肌张力呈负相关,差异有显著意义。脐血铅≥0.29μmol/L的新生儿其神经行为发育明显落后于血铅<0.14μmol/L者,差异有显著意义。表明血铅水平低于0.48μmol/L时,仍可对儿重发育产生不良影响。脐血锌水平与新生儿神经行为得分,脐血锌水平与脐血铅水平之间无相关性。 131 neonates were selected and their umbilical blood lead and zinc were determined by atomicabsorption spectrometer. The neurobehavioral - cognitive performance of neonates was evaluated byNeonatal Behavioral Neurological Assessment (NDNA). The results indicated that there was a singificandy inverse associahon between the umbilical blood lead level, the NBNA scores and the persistenttime of head erection of neonates. The scores of NBNA in neonates with blood lead level of 0. 29μmol/Lor above were markedly lower than those with blood lead level of less than 0. 14μmol/L, and the differ-ence was significant. The results showed that blood lead level of less than 0.48 μmol/L could still haveharmful effects on the development of children, and there was not a significant association between umbil-ical blood zinc level and NBNA scores and blood lead level.
