宫颈病变与人乳头瘤病毒感染及其诊治

摘要 子宫颈癌是常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一，发病率仅次于乳腺癌，占女性恶性肿瘤的第2位。全世界每年约有46万的新发病例，在不同地区、不同经济状况的国家宫颈癌的发病率和死亡率有着显著的差别。现已公认，人乳头瘤病毒感染是子宫颈癌的主要病因。高危型人乳头瘤病毒（HR-HPV）持续感染可引起子宫颈癌前期病变-宫颈上皮内瘤变（cervical intra-epithelial neoplasia，CIN）与宫颈癌。
