摘要
观察健康成人睡眠期缺氧状态下血压、心率、动脉血氧饱和度的变化,并与无缺氧状态时的变化值进行对比。结果显示:缺氧时随着动脉血氧饱和度的降低,血压和心率呈有意增高(P<0.05)。
To examine the mechanism of the transient increases in systemic arterial blood pressure(AP) observed during sleep, we measured AP, heart rate and O2 saturation of finger tip blood(SaO2) in seven healthy subjects sleeping under normoxia (room air) and hypoxia (13% O2). Even under normoxia, the fluctuations of AP and SaO2 coinciding with fluctuation of respiratory rhythm were observed. The increas- ing frequency in AP with hypoxia was observed in all subjects. Because the increases in AP correlated well with the decrease in SaO2 , it is suggested that the decreases in oxygen in arterial blood be a possible determinant for the increase in AP during sleep.
