摘要
本组５６例复杂性肾结石，应用ＥＳＷＬ（体外冲击波碎石）前置入双Ｊ管治疗，疗效满意。认为此法有促进碎石排出，预防梗阻、肾积水、感染，保护肾功能的作用，具有操作简单、易行、安全的优点。
cases of complicative nephrolithiasis were used double - J stent pre - ESWL for treatment. The curative effect was satisfied. It showed that the method had the positive effect on removing the broken stones, preventing obstruction etc., and it was a simple, safty, and effective one.
