鼻内窥镜下鼻中隔粘膜下矫正术

Endoscopic Submuscous Resection of Nasal Septum

在鼻内窥镜下行鼻中隔粘膜下矫正术１２例，其中鼻中隔偏曲并发鼻窦炎、鼻息肉７例，鼻中隔偏曲并发鼻腔大出血１例，单纯鼻中隔偏曲４例。术后随访３～１２个月，鼻中隔矫正均满意。鼻内窥镜技术具有操作精确、损伤小、痛苦少、疗效佳等优点，易于推广和普及。

Twelve cases of the submucous resection of nasal septum were performed with the nasal endoscopic technique. Among 12 cases, 7 had septal deviation with sinusitis, 1 had deviated nasal septum with bleeding, 4 had simple septal deviation. the Follow-up survey from 3 to 12 months showed that the curative effect was satisfied. The advantages of the procedure include mini invasion, less pain, simple method and good result.
