摘要
目的严格遵守相关规定,严把药品广告审批关。方法通过分析处方药广告审批中出现的一些问题,提出如何正确看待这些问题的建议。结果与结论药品广告相关法律性文件中规定不能出现的,一律不应在药品广告中出现。
Objective To strictly abide by relevant regulations, strict examination and approval related drugs ads. Methods By analyzing the problems that appeared in approving advertisement of prescription drug, and put forward some suggestions on how to treat the problem correctly. Results and Conclusions The content that drug ads related legal documents do not permit to appear, should not be in the drug advertising.
