摘要
目的考察不同炮制方法对黄柏中小檗碱含量的影响。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸小檗碱含量。色谱柱ZORBAX SB-C18;流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(50∶50);流速为1.0mL·min^-1;柱温为室温;检测波长为265nm;进样量为20μL。结果在0.46-4.6μg(r=0.9998,)范围内线性关系良好。结论结果表明黄柏丝的小檗碱含量最高。
Objective To observe the influence of different processing method on berberine content in Cortex Phellodendri. Methods To determine the content of hydrochloride berberine by HPLC. The ZORBAX SB-C18 column was used with the mobile phase being acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid (50 : 50), flow rate was 1.0mL · min^-1, the column temperature was set at room, detection wavelength was 265nm, and sampling volume was 20μL. Results The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0.46- 4. 6μg (r=0. 9998) . Conclusions The content of hydrochloride berberine was the highest in the Cortex Phellodendri silk.
