摘要
目的建立珍珠散硫化汞的含量测定方法。方法:硫氰酸铵滴定法。结果平均回收率为98.2%,RSD=0.95%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确、重现性好,能够有效的控制珍珠散的质量。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of HgS in Zhenzhu Powder. Methods Ammonium thiocyanate titration. Results The average recovery was 98. 2% （RSD=0. 95%, n=6）. Conclusions This method is simple, rapid and accurate, it is suitable for the quality control of Zhenzhu powder.
