碳纳米管/氧化镁纳米复合材料的制备和表征 被引量:1

Synthesis and characterization of the carbon nanotubes/magnesium oxide nanocomposite by precursor decomposing method

摘要 以碳纳米管为模板,采取前驱物分解法合成了碳纳米管/氧化镁纳米复合材料,用XRD、IR、SEM和TG-DTG对产物进行了表征。结果表明,产物是由氧化镁均匀包裹在碳纳米管上构成的一种复合材料,管径约100nm。和碳纳米管相比,复合材料管径变粗且表面粗糙。 Carbon nanotubes/magnesium oxide nanocomposite was prepared by precursor decomposing method. The samples were characterized by XRD, IR, SEM and EDS. The results showed that nanocomposite was composed of carbon nanotubes coated evenly by magnesium oxide, with a diameter of 100nm. Compared with carbon nanotube, the diameter of nanocomposite became bigger and the surface became coarser.
