摘要
将无机物制备成溶胶,再与Nafion膜液混合制备复合膜,利用自制的扩散池对膜的甲醇扩散系数进行了测定。实验发现,选用不同浓度的甲醇溶液进行扩散时,(Nafion-115膜的扩散系数基本不变;向Nafion膜液中加入少量无机物SiO2(3%)和SiO2-PWA(4.5%)后,膜的甲醇扩散系数显著降低,分别从2.29×10-6cm2/s降至1.76×10-6cm2/s和1.82×10-6cm2/s,即甲醇扩散系数分别降低了23%和21%。
Inorganic soles were made, and then mixed with Nation solution to prepare composite membranes. Methanol diffusion coefficients of these membranes were measured in a home-made diffusion cell. The results showed that diffusion coefficients of Nafion-115 did not change with the concentration of methanol in water, within the range of methanol concentration used for direct methanol fuel cells (DMFCs). In addition, the diffusion coefficients decreased with the silica loadings, reached a minimum at 3wt% for Nation-SiO2 membrane and 4. 5% for Nation-SiO2-PWAmembrane, reducing 23% and 21% than that of plain Nation, respectively.
