国际主要抗感染药物研发现状及专利到期品种分析

Current development of international anti-infective drugs and the expired patents

通过Brands和Pharmaproject V5等数据库对2008-2015年国外相关类别药物专利期满情况、抗感染药物各主要类别专利期满情况以及对头孢类、培南类、大环内酯类、喹诺酮类等主要抗感染药物研发及上市情况进行了检索,并对检索结果进行初步整理分析。结论认为,在未来5～10年间乃至更远期的时间内,国际上化学合成抗生素的研发总体不会再有重大进展,初步预测仅在喹诺酮类领域会有部分新产品上市。

We analyzed the current status of the products with patents expired during 2008 - 2015 in antibiotics and the related categories by searching Brands database. We also analyzed the status of development and market of all kinds of the main antibiotics, such as cephalosprins, penems, macrolides, and quinolones, by searching Pharmaprojects V5 database. According to the analysis, we propose that there will not be much progress on the research of chemical synthesis antibiotics internationally during the next 5 - 10 years, but we forecast that a few new quinnolone products will possibly enter the market in the world.
