硬脆材料的缓进给半塑性化磨削

摘要 分析了用缓进给方法实现硬脆材料半塑性化磨削的机理,提出了衡量半塑性化磨削效果的破碎率指标,介绍了实验方法和实验结果,对实验结果进行了分析比较。实验结果表明,在普通磨床上可实现硬脆材料的半塑性化磨削,采用缓进给磨削方法可以显著地提高半塑性化磨削的效果。 In this paper,the semiductile regime grinding mechanism by creep feed method is analysed.A new fracture ratio is defined to measure the effect of semiductile regime grinding.The experimental method and the experimental equipment are presented.The experimental results are analysed and compared.The experimental results show that the semiductile regime grinding of hardbrittle material can be carried out in a universal grinding machine tool,and the grinding effect can be improved remarkably by the creep feed method.
