摘要
分析了用缓进给方法实现硬脆材料半塑性化磨削的机理,提出了衡量半塑性化磨削效果的破碎率指标,介绍了实验方法和实验结果,对实验结果进行了分析比较。实验结果表明,在普通磨床上可实现硬脆材料的半塑性化磨削,采用缓进给磨削方法可以显著地提高半塑性化磨削的效果。
In this paper,the semiductile regime grinding mechanism by creep feed method is analysed.A new fracture ratio is defined to measure the effect of semiductile regime grinding.The experimental method and the experimental equipment are presented.The experimental results are analysed and compared.The experimental results show that the semiductile regime grinding of hardbrittle material can be carried out in a universal grinding machine tool,and the grinding effect can be improved remarkably by the creep feed method.
