摘要 自主开发了基于软逻辑的实时控制系统并首次应用于铜带可逆式冷轧机液压厚度自动控制中。该系统以IPC和Windows NT4.0+RTX作为平台,控制系统采用软逻辑软件IOWorks开发,在确保系统满足实时控制要求的同时,还具有强大的运算处理和存储能力,实现了基础级和过程级自动化的整合,构成了全数字厚度自动控制系统。该系统符合现今工业控制的发展趋势,在开放性、易用性、集成性和可移植性等方面具有相当的优势,并且降低了开发成本。在实际应用中,系统的APC控制周期为10ms,采用流量AGC控制模式,0.2mm成品的厚差小于±3μm。 Real-time soft logic control system is first applied to automatic gauge control (AGC) system for copper cold strip reversing mill. IOWorks is used to develop the AGC system, which is based on Windows NT4.0 with realtime extension (RTX) operating system and standard IPC hardware. Adopting the IPC and soft logic can insure the requirements of real-time operations, while at the same time it can offer powerful processing and storage capacity, constitute the full digital AGC system and integrate the functions of basic automation and process automation. This system is accordant with the development trend of current industrial control and has many advantages such as openness, easy to use, integration, portability, low cost and so on. Practical application results show that the control period of automatic position control (APC) is 10 ms, and this system can achieve a high precision of 0.2 ± 0. 003 mm using the control mode of the mass flow AGC.
