摘要
头盔的质量特性是评价和改善其工效性的重要依据。围绕质量和质心的精确测试,设计了头盔定位机构和标准头模;针对转动惯量的高精度测试,构造了基于磁悬浮轴承的扭摆测试台;结合测试机构讨论了头盔质量、质心及转动惯量精确测试的原理与方法。通过PC测控系统的抗干扰设计实现了测试仪可靠控制和高精度数据采集。系统实验与生产应用表明,该测试仪操作简单、易于维护,其常规测试精度分别达到质量0.05%、质心0.1%和转动惯量0.5%,验证了设计的有效性。
Mass properties are the important bases to the evaluation and improvement of helmet work efficiency. A helmet localizer and three standard head models were designed for the precise test of helmet mass and its center, and a torsion framework based on magnetic bearings was constructed for the high-precision test of helmet moment of inertia. In this paper, the precise test principles and methods for helmet mass center and moment of inertia in combination with the test beds are discussed. In order to realize the logic control and accurate data acquisition, a measure- ment and control system with anti-disturbance capability was designed. System experiments and applications show that, the tester is simple to operate and easy to maintain, and possesses such accuracies as 0.05% in mass, 0.1% in mass center and 0.5% in moment of inertia at normal temperature and humidity, which validates the design.
