3D image processing and analyzing system for industrial computed tomography

摘要 工业CT机是应用于重要工业领域的先进无损检测和无损质量评价设备,三维图像处理与分析系统是为其研制的专用软件。系统以基于数据流模型的整体计算框架搭建,具有复杂曲面构造、立体显示、组合剖切等传统的三维可视化功能,此外还具有虚拟内窥、三维测量等新的处理和分析功能。通过解决内表面数据获取与处理、虚拟镜头控制、漫游轨迹规划等关键技术问题,实现工业虚拟内窥检查;利用像物空间系数,采用线积分方法实现三维任意曲面积和体积的测量。该系统已经实用于CD系列多种型号的工业CT机,应用表明系统可辅助技术人员方便、快捷地对工件状况进行分析和判读。 Industrial CT systems have been widely applied in many important industrial areas for non-destructive testing (NDT) and non-destructive evaluation (NDE). A software system of 3D image processing and analyzing for industrial CT was developed. This system is built on a frame that is based on data stream model. The system has not only the functions of complicated surface constructing, transparent volume rendering and cutting, but also virtual endoscopy and 3D measurement. Through resolving the key problems sueh as inner-surface data acquisition and processing, virtual camera control, navigational path extraction and so on, the virtual endoscopy examination comes true. Using the image-ohject coefficients and linear integral method, the 3D measurement of the surface area and volume is achieved. The system was applied to several types of CD series industrial CT, and application results indicate that the system can help technicians to analyze the status and performance of the object conveniently.
