摘要
利用PIMS软件中油品调合模块的非线性优化功能,介绍了汽油辛烷值组分之间的交互影响、MMT添加剂敏感度的非线性优化,详细讨论了MMT添加剂敏感度试验数据的处理方法,用指数函数平滑试验数据,可以得到满足PIMS递归优化要求的添加剂敏感度凸函数。单点、两点推算敏感度函数方法以及牌号校正方法解决了企业普遍存在的敏感度试验数据不足问题;描述了在汽油调合中多周期模型技术可解决的问题,给出了应用实例,比较了多周期和单周期模型解结果的区别。
Using nonlinear optimization function of oil products blending module in PIMS,the article introduces cross-impact of gasoline octane number components and nonlinear optimization of MMT additive sensitivity and gives a detailed discussion on processing methods for MMT additive sensitivity test data:by using exponential function to smooth test data,people can acquire additive sensitivity convex function meeting to the needs of PIMS recursive optimization.Single-point and two-point methods for sensitivity function calculation as well as brand adjustment method solve the problem of insufficient sensitivity test data commonly existing in enterprises.It also describes the problems can be solved by multi-cycle model technology in gasoline blending,gives application cases and compares the difference between monocycle and multi-cycle model resolutions.
