Treatment and Resource Reuse of Wastewater from Glyphosate Production

摘要 膜技术是利用分离膜对混合物中各组分的选择渗透性能的差异等来实现分离、提纯和浓缩的一种分离技术。根据膜上分布的孔径大小范围(或推动压力差)等, Different kinds of membrane separation technique and the situations of wastewater produced from glyphosate production were simply introduced.The new technique of integrated membrane system was applied to treat the three kinds of wastewater from glyphosate production,i.e.the separation and recovery of wastewater from N-phosphonomethyl iminodiacetic acid process, glyphosate mother liquid from glycine method and mother liquid from iminodiacetic acid technique.The technological process of dephosphorization by double-membrane method and the dephosphorizing effect were discussed in detail.
