摘要 本文讨论导弹辅发控系统设计中的关键技术:大电流的安全通过和串口扩展问题,以及随动信号产生问题。参考相关工业手册,选择合适的导线直径,在电路板中增加solder-layout,并在相应通路上镀锡,大大增加了电路板通过电流的能力,满足设计要求。选用具有2个UART的单片机,并采用SMBus同步串口通信方式扩展串口,实现了发控箱与3个通信对象的信息交换。选择专门的数字—自整角机/旋转变压器转换器实现随动信号的产生。最终,设计出了符合功能需求的导弹辅发控系统,达到了项目设计指标。 This article researches on essential technology in designing a missile auxiliary launch control system: the way to handle super-current safely, extending the serial port and generating follow up signal. Choosing proper diameter conductor referring to related industrial manuals, adding a solder-layout in PCB, and plating tin on the corresponding paths improve the ability to pass super-current safely, which meet the remands. A single chip microcomputer with 2 UARTs is selected, and its SMBus interface is in use,which results in communication between the launch control box and 3 other objects. A special"Digital-Magslip Converter" is used to generate follow up signal. Finally, the system meets the demands.
